Reason:Anarchy, while a pervert, is consistantly on top of ensuring scouts are doing their job and takes his own job as a serious matter. When training any and all recruits and scouts under his command, he does not allow failure to go unpunished and constantly pushes his charges to strive to their absolute best. Not only does he test them in doing their job from a physical standpoint, but also that of a mental standpoint. By testing their emotions and giving them a choice between two negative consiquences, the hellion ensures that the lower ranks understand that life is not given upon a silver platter and that they will have to make negative choices that impact someone in some way, negativly.
Anarchy himself has a working knowlege of fighting skills, tracking, scouting, talking, and basic-level healing abilities learned from his youth and time spent in Risen Revolution. Given the situation, his entire personality can change from the usual aloof and pervy-ness and turn into a dedicated, cold, calculating soldier willing and ready to do whatever is asked of him at a moment's notice. With the rank of Mutineer, Anarchy can pass along these traits of self-sacrifice, nobility on the field of battle, ruthlessness against one's enemies, and dedication to the reigning Revolutionaries.
While it is often said that Anarchy is only interested in mating and flirting, it is easily seen that he is more than able to preform his duties with a cold, steely persona, when the situation demands it. His aloof an perverted nature is his way of coping with stresses in life, along with those scars that his puphood retains.
